Biography

Ms. Fine is a principal of MHR Fund Management, a New York based private equity firm that manages approximately $5 billion of capital and has holdings in public and private companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Fine joined MHR Fund Management in 2002 and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining MHR Fund Management, Ms. Fine served as Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and also worked at Merrill Lynch in the Telecom, Media & Technology Investment Banking Group, where she focused primarily on media merger and acquisition transactions. Ms. Fine serves on the Board of Directors of Rumie Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to free educational content through digital microlearning.

Ms. Fine has been a director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) since November 2015.

Ms. Fine is a member of Lionsgate Studios’ Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
